In China's construction machinery industry, Bada Technology Co., Ltd., known as the "little giant of science and technology", has not only a national postdoctoral research workstation, but also a Jiangsu Province enterprise academician workstation. Zhou Feng, Cai Fuhai and Ding Ruqi, three postdoctoral fellows, have been successively cultivated from the postdoctoral research workstation. At present, Dr. Zheng Yufeng is also in the station.
